Summer 2015

Our family spends as much time as we can at our place at Lake Gaston.  We are enjoying family time on the pontoon one evening early summer.

We took Holden to Kings Dominion right at the beginning of our summer break.  He loved the rides and having mommy and daddy all to himself !

Our good friends Mike and Brooke invited us down to Emerald Isle for a few nights and we had a blast.  Graham ate a lot of sand.  Holden played in the sand and water all day every day we were there.  He loves time with Braelyn and Cannon and they played non stop. Graham (13 mo.) started walking at the beach this week !

I decided one evening at the lake to snap some pictures of the boys.  I wanted to remember this summer and how much fun they had on the water and how sweet they were to each other.  Holden-5 1/2 yrs old, lost 2 teeth this summer, swims great and loves his goggles.  He loves to ride the tube and tried out knee boarding some.  Graham-13-15months old this summer, has 12 teeth with more on the way.  He loves his family, babbling like crazy, says bye-bye, uh-oh, ball, bro-der (holden), gives kisses occasionally, loves to put his shoes on, a great eater.  At his 1 year appt he weighed 26 lbs. and 31" at his 15mo apt. he weighs 26 lb 15 oz and is 32.5" long. Graham likes to ride the tube but fell asleep a few times on it.  They both love that we got a pontoon, because they can move around and even go over to "islands" to swim.

Holden (since hes at a year round school) has really increased his vocabulary and is reading very well.  Graham LOVES a book.  He will sit and look at books all throughout the day.  I captured this sweet time one night right before they went to bed.
