We read Baby Wise and consulted with a good friend of mine Courtney about scheduling and much, much more. Holden wakes up around 6:00 AM, and from then on he is on a 3 hour schedule during the day. Before the last feeding at night where Justin gives the bottle, we try to keep him awake for those last 3 hours. Some things we do to keep him awake!!
