Phases

At 22 months, Holden is changing daily and we are amazed with the small things he picks up on. He has phased through so many things so quickly. He changes which outside toy/activity he wants to play with. For the last week he wants to ride his four wheeler or push his lawnmower. Before that he wanted to swing every time we stepped outside. Several months back he was all about Sponge Bob, then he went back to loving Yo Gabba Gabba then it was Thomas the Train, and now is head over heals about the movie Cars and sometimes Toy Story. He also had a long stage of loving his truck/construction books and now he doesn't want to read them as often. I love looking forward to him getting excited about the smallest things. I will keep you posted on the latest and greatest over the next few weeks. Now that his first airplane ride is over we have began talking to him daily about his birthday in a few months, then we will move on to Christmas, although he was mesmerized by Walmart's blow up/lighted/moving Christmas lawn decorations that are already on the shelves (really?!).
