Beach Vacation

Our Friends Rob and Keeton invited us to their beach place for the week. We gladly accepted the offer as well as our friends Tiffany and Gerald. I have to admit that I was a little nervous about being the only one with a child. Everyone has been very helpful and tolerant of have a 19 month around. Sunday afternoon Tiffany rode down with us. I sat in the back to help entertain Holden while he was awake. He isn't a huge fan of being in his carseat for long amounts of time even with a video on. Once we arrived on the island we hit the grocery store, unloaded at the condo then out to eat some seafood!

Monday we spent the morning on the beach and the afternoon at the pool. At night Rob pulled up some Spongebob on the computer and scored big with Holden.


Tiffany had some cartoon pulled up on her phone and he already thinks she is pretty fun so they got some snuggle time in before he went to bed.



Tuesday we spent majority of the day at the pool. Holden got sprayed with some silly string...He was not a fan of it!


Wednesday was Tiffany's Birthday and it rained all day. Gerald got here and brought Charlie with him. Holden L.O.V.E.S Charlie....so much that he likes to get in the kennel with him.


Thursday we spent the first half of the day at the beach and then the pool in the afternoon. The complex had a pig pickin by the pool so we went to that. Chris, Louise and Will came over for dinner too. After dinner Chris bought the boys some ice cream... Holden got sooo excited when he gave it to him. After ice cream we let them swim out the energy then straight to bed!!



We are already quite aware of the fun, fights, and trouble these two are going to get into, as for now they are just too darn cute if I do say so myself!
